GeoSystems provides a comprehensive benefits package covering the areas of health, life and disability insurance, retirement and paid time off.

Medical and Dental - Along with medical and dental coverage, GeoSystems offers a customized flex plan. Pre-tax flexible spending accounts help employees stretch their dollars and can be used for out of pocket medical, dental or vision expenses and daycare. The benefits described begin on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Life and Disability - Basic life and long-term disability insurance are company paid and are available to employees with the option to purchase additional coverage. The benefits described begin on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Retirement - GeoSystems helps employees plan for the future with a 401K plan which includes a company match. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Paid Time Off - Employees are provided nine annual paid holidays as well as paid time off for authorized vacation or sick leave.
